Our team of qualified professionals uses a three phase approach to quality systems implementation.

Phase I 
Pre-assessment of the client’s programs to determine any existing gaps. Upon completion of the gap analysis an implementation action plan is drafted to close the system gaps.

Phase II 
Implementation of the gap analysis action plan. Our team of professionals works closely with the client to ensure that effective solutions are implemented to ensure conformance to any pre-determined quality system requirements.

Phase III 
Post-assessment of the implemented quality system is conducted to verify effectiveness in conforming to established standards. In addition to verification of system effectiveness, ArgosRM team members work with the client to ensure complete transition and ownership of all aspects of the implemented quality system.
